How to Request Sizing

If alternate size options are not available on the product page you will need to request custom sizing at checkout. Just follow these easy steps:

1) Add item(s) to your cart

2) Proceed to checkout and locate the "Add a note to your order" prompt and the corresponding text box below it.

3) Use this text box to specify which item (if multiple in cart) and the size you would like. You can then complete checkout and pay. We will confirm the sizing request with you via email and let you know if any additional payment is required. Please see each category below for details on free vs. paid sizing.

*Note: requesting sizing on an item will make the purchase non-returnable and non-refundable*

Ring Sizing

Rings purchased online include free ring sizing up or down one size, unless otherwise noted in the ring description. If additional sizing past one size is required it can be done at an additional cost. This ring sizing credit must be requested at the time of sale; it can not be used at a later date or for a different item. Please note that once a ring is sized it becomes non-returnable and non-refundable.

Bracelet Sizing

Some of our bracelets can be custom sized. In most cases this will be an additional cost. Please reach out to us regarding the specific bracelet you would like sized and we will let you know if we can accommodate your request. Please note that once a bracelet is sized it becomes non-returnable and non-refundable.

Necklace Sizing

If you purchase a necklace and require a specific length (or style) chain we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that an additional cost may be incurred. Please note that once a necklace is sized it becomes non-returnable and non-refundable.
